Birth & Postpartum Doula, Breastfeeding Counselor, Placenta Encapsulation
Bell House Doulas Owner, Dawn Bond is a woman’s woman. Her commitment to empowering women knows no bounds, and after years of raising and nurturing her own family, she began doing the same for the families of others.
Dawn was first introduced to the term “doula” when a friend of her daughter’s hired one. Shortly after learning about this incredible way to support women, Dawn’s daughter became pregnant. That pregnancy would become the impetus that moved Dawn to take her first step in becoming a doula. She signed up for doula training and immediately knew that this would become her life’s work.
Committed to the highest standards of education, Dawn immersed herself in research and training. Dawn continues to take workshops and classes that enhance her skill set and contribute to the comfort and support that she provides her clients. The following are some of the courses that have prepared her as a birth professional:
Dawn has been a doula for more than 20 years and is proud of having built a solid, respected reputation in her community. Dawn’s best advice to her birthing clients is that..
1) They educate themselves with evidence based information.
2) That they develop a plan based on their desires for their birth.
3) That they choose a support team who will help them meet their goals.
She encourages every pregnant woman she meets to trust their body to know what to do; breathe, relax, and surrender to labor. She always adds that hiring a doula who instills strength, and reduces fear during birth is the greatest gift you can give yourself.
When a person does the work that is intuitive to them, they walk lightly and transfer positive energy to those they meet. Dawn is the epitome of this. She was born to help people be born! When working with new parents, Dawn reminds them that being tired and frustrated can be normal. She encourages them to talk about how they are feeling and she creates a safe space for them to do that.
Clients say, “There is something about her that makes you feel like you can be your authentic and vulnerable self without fear of being judged.”
Dawn raised 5 children on her own who she is proud to say, all live inside of integrity and have strong work ethics. Her three daughters followed in her footsteps and work in the birth industry as well. Two as doulas, and one as a midwife. Proud is an understatement!
Dawn loves to teach childbirth, and newborn classes. She is an incredible chef and a brilliant cake artist. Her friends and family can’t get enough of the baked goods that she sprinkles her love and devotion over before placing in the oven. She is a seamstress and enjoys creating custom pieces. Quilting is next on her list to tackle!
Dawn is the grandmother to 12 grandchildren who are absolutely amazing! She lives in St Lucie County and has office space in Stuart/Martin County. Her doula agency, Bell House Doulas serves families on the Treasure Coast from Vero Beach into the Jupiter/ N Palm Beach areas.

Christina is passionate about serving families. Attending births in her early 20’s, she was profoundly humbled by the strength and courage she witnessed during these raw and magical events. Her compassion and knowledge grew exponentially as she continued to be called to births. Her more formal training began in 2005 where she was certified and practiced as a doula in Asheville, NC. Soon after, she graduated from the Holistic Midwifery Program at The Matrona and set out into the world of Birth. Christina has learned and worked with midwives in the US and abroad. In 2007, she moved to Peru during which time she co-created an international program to assist in the intercultural exchange of midwifery studies for woman, doulas, and midwives. Brianna is a licensed Massage Therapist with certification in perinatal massage, including fertility, prenatal, and postpartum massage.
She describes her journey into body and birth work as a series of happy little accidents. While she always found herself interested in massage, anatomy, and the healing arts, Brianna never imagined it was a career path.
Raised in Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Florida as a child with divorced parents, Brianna graduated in Jensen Beach, and promptly moved to West Palm. While touring massage schools, she saw pictures of students being taught infant massage.
“It was like a lightbulb went off,” she often says when recounting the story, “I saw that, and I thought to myself that this was it. This was the thing I wanted to do for the rest of my life.” It was a bumpy ride to get there, but she finally enrolled in Palm Beach State Colleges massage therapy program. After graduation and receiving her massage license, she promptly received certification as a doula from BEST doulas, as well as continuing education in perinatal massage. Next, she hopes to become a Certified Educator of Infant Massage so she can help families build important foundations in the first precious days of life.

My name is Gaby and I am Doula, Childbirth Educator and a mother of two young children.
I was born and raised in a small town in North New Jersey and relocated to Stuart, FL in 2016. When I became pregnant with my daughter, I was lucky enough to have my good friend offer her services as my doula. Having no family down here with us, having doula support proved to be life changing for me and my partner throughout our pregnancy and birth experience. As I watched my friends start to have children as well, I realized how many of them were left without support or education and made fear based decisions. This weighed heavy on my heart and helped lead me to the decision of becoming a doula in order to help families, like my own, who needed guidance and support.
I am have been blessed with the opportunity to shadow my own doula through births and have received formal doula training through Commonsense Childbirth Institute.
My dream is to see every family have the opportunity to have the support and education outlets to make their birth experience everything they have hoped for. I am humbled and honored to be included in this journey for as many families as I am able to help.

She is trained with DONA and recently moved to Deerfield Beach with her husband to pursue his calling as a minister. Connie Rae is intent on creating a strong tribe of mothers and providers in her area, as she supports families and works towards her ultimate goal of becoming a midwife
