SHARON JACKSON – ST. LUCIE, MARTIN COUNTY

Birth and Postpartum Doula, Certified Nursing Assistant

Sharon has lived in Port St Lucie since 1999. She is originally from Great Britain, coming to Florida in 1986.

She is mother to eight beautiful, talented, gifts from God, as well as her darling son that is at rest until the Lord returns; and has three amazing, energy filled grand-daughters that love their Mema.

After having a doula for the first time for the birth of her fourth child, Sharon was convinced that no woman should ever give birth without a doula. She made it her goal to become certified as a birth doula through DONA in 2001, and has helped many women through the past two decades in their goals to have the birth of their choosing.

As her family grew she worked at balancing being a wife, a homeschooling mum, and a doula along with many other hats that she wears, passionately doing life. Eventually she took a break to homeschool and raise her family. She is now back to helping mothers with their birth experiences, and has expanded her field to be a postpartum doula as well.

She loves reading, learning new things, cleaning and organizing; when she has some down time she likes to work on crocheting while enjoying a clip or two of tiny home tours. Her dream is to one day downsize to a tiny house so that she can do the things that God has called her to do, helping mums is high on that list.

SARAH RAMPART

I’m Sarah, a mother of two, and also an angel baby, and a passionate labor and postpartum doula based in the Treasure Coast. My journey into doula work began after my own transformative births, where I recognized the crucial importance of support during this pivotal time. I am certified through ProDoula and am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to families.

With a strong connection to my faith, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where families feel informed and empowered in their choices. My focus is on connection and understanding, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported throughout their labor and postpartum experience. My goal is to help families navigate this significant transition with joy and confidence, offering tailored care that meets their unique needs.

My experience as a Doula is personal. I have had two of my own babies. I loved being able to explore the knowledge I needed to prepare my body along with the knowledge of knowing what doctors plans were for delivery. I really enjoyed being able to advocate for myself and have a team that respected what I wanted. I appreciated My partner for listening to me when I asked for any physical support because I knew what my body needed.

What led me to becoming a Doula was my love for being a mom to my own children but also when my friends started to become pregnant and having their own babies being their book of knowledge and support when they needed it.

Brianna Bee – ST. LUCIE, MARTIN & PALM BEACH

Birth & Postpartum Doula

Brianna is a licensed Massage Therapist with certification in perinatal massage, including fertility, prenatal, and postpartum massage.

She describes her journey into body and birth work as a series of happy little accidents. While she always found herself interested in massage, anatomy, and the healing arts, Brianna never imagined it was a career path.

Raised in Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Florida as a child with divorced parents, Brianna graduated in Jensen Beach, and promptly moved to West Palm. While touring massage schools, she saw pictures of students being taught infant massage.

“It was like a lightbulb went off,” she often says when recounting the story, “I saw that, and I thought to myself that this was it. This was the thing I wanted to do for the rest of my life.” It was a bumpy ride to get there, but she finally enrolled in Palm Beach State Colleges massage therapy program. After graduation and receiving her massage license, she promptly received certification as a doula from BEST doulas, as well as continuing education in perinatal massage. Next, she hopes to become a Certified Educator of Infant Massage so she can help families build important foundations in the first precious days of life.

EMILY BERRY – INDIAN RIVER, ST. LUCIE, MARTIN & PALM BEACH

Emily hopes to be that support system, offering clients a high level of care that is unique and special to them and their families.

Connie Rae Doula

CONNIE RAE SMITH

Birth and postpartum doula, placenta encapsulation

Connie Rae is the mother of 7, (yes, 7!) incredible humans. She fell into her passion to support women and families during childbearing years, but especially when she was pregnant with her fourth child and found providers who showed her what compassionate care looked like. Her experience during those pregnancies and births re-ignited a passion for all things pregnancy, labor, and breastfeeding. She is trained with DONA and recently moved to Deerfield Beach with her husband to pursue his calling as a minister. Connie Rae is intent on creating a strong tribe of mothers and providers in her area, as she supports families and works towards her ultimate goal of becoming a midwife

RIPLEY CRAWFORD / PHOTOGRAPHER

Hi there! I’m Ripley Crawford,

I am a wife and a stay-at-home mama to two precious baby girls, Willow Le and Jane Nicole. You might say I have my hands full, but you should see how full my heart is! Our days are filled with rhythms of beautiful chaos; worship music, learning new tasks, endless diaper changes, essential oils, silly dances and coffee runs! A life I never expected for myself, but one that God has truly BLESSED me with! My incredible husband, Nick, is a full-time Registered Nurse and yet, he still has the energy each and every day to come home and love on all three of us girls! Not to mention that he also empties our diaper bins, fills our bird feeders, cleans up around the house, and somehow, continues to fill my water cup before bed each night. I can’t even begin to explain how truly grateful I am for this man. I am so thankful for his support through everything that I do!

When I first entered into the photography world about five years ago, I took a vast interest in photographing couples and weddings. There is something so fulfilling about capturing the raw love and true connection between two people. However, after giving birth to my second daughter unexpectedly on our bathroom floor (a story for another time) our sweet Doula shared some amazing photos she had quickly taken during the event. Needless to say – I KNEW that going forward, I wanted to use my craft to capture the raw and authentic moments of labor and birth for others!

One of the most important things you can do as you prepare for birth, is to choose a birth team that supports every aspect of your vision. A team who allows you to embrace all that you are, however you decide to give birth. A team, that I would be honored to be a part of, for you. I have a passion for working with sentimental couples who embrace the empowering, beauty of birth and the loving, chaos of parenthood. I am simply there to witness and authentically document all of the beautiful, God provided moments of your sacred birth story.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to work with you!
